Wij versturen geen ongevraagde commerciële e-mails en verkopen geen gegevens aan derden.
Wanneer u uw eigen Anthropic API-sleutel invult, worden uw prompts en de daarop volgende AI-output rechtstreeks tussen uw tenant en Anthropic uitgewisseld. Anthropic is in dat geval een zelfstandige verwerker met haar eigen privacybeleid (anthropic.com/legal/privacy). Digital Media Service heeft geen toegang tot de inhoud van uw AI-aanvragen of -antwoorden.
Wij maken gebruik van de volgende verwerkers:
Met al deze partijen zijn passende verwerkersovereenkomsten gesloten, voor zover wettelijk vereist.
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen: TLS voor alle dataverkeer, gehashte wachtwoorden (bcrypt), gescheiden tenant-databases per klant, beperkte toegang, en regelmatige back-ups. Wij verkopen of delen geen persoonsgegevens met derden voor marketingdoeleinden.
SmartRadioPlanner gebruikt uitsluitend functionele cookies die nodig zijn om u ingelogd te houden (sessie-cookie srp_admin). Er worden geen tracking- of analytische cookies geplaatst en er is geen toestemmingsbanner nodig.
U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, dataportabiliteit en bezwaar tegen verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Stuur uw verzoek naar privacy@digitalmediaservice.nl. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen. U heeft tevens het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We do not send unsolicited commercial emails and do not sell data to third parties.
If you enter your own Anthropic API key, your prompts and the resulting AI output are exchanged directly between your tenant and Anthropic. Anthropic is in that case an independent controller with its own privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy). Digital Media Service has no access to the contents of your AI requests or responses.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS for all traffic, hashed passwords (bcrypt), separate tenant databases per customer, restricted access, and regular backups. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
SmartRadioPlanner only uses functional cookies required to keep you signed in (session cookie srp_admin). No tracking or analytics cookies are placed and no consent banner is required.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Send your request to privacy@digitalmediaservice.nl. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation, de portabilité et d'opposition au traitement de vos données. Adressez votre demande à privacy@digitalmediaservice.nl.
